The courses offers the guests the opportunity of learning the bases of the Italian kitchen and discover the typical tastes of the Italian tradition, using genuine local products. Our courses have a durance of about 4 hours, where you will learn useful techniques to make a four meal, inspired by typical local dishes: from bruschetta to home made pasta, until traditional dessert such as tiramisù.
In a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, our chef will lead you making wonderful dishes and custom that, at the end of the lesson, you can taste all together, with a glass of the best local wine. It’s possible make guide wine tasting to combine with the dishes cooked, in order to give to our guests the opportunity of having a deeper knowledge of the food and wine tradition, trough one of the noblest product: the wine.
